Absolutely amazing staff. Friendly and helpful at any time. The hotel itself is conveniently located, especially for airport guests. I spent 7 nights and absolutely enjoyed my stay, even though I wasn't flying in/out. Lovely town with great people. Can recommend it for a stay, even if you don't need to catch a flight. Great value for money. It mainly caters to Asian guests, but as a westener from Germany I didn't miss anything. Even at breakfast I was served fried eggs, which was not a buffet item. Thanks!

Decent hotel, well located, close to Batam airport (5-10min by taxi), not too far away from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal (20min by taxi). Breakfast was simple but good. Friendly staff.

Best location when you on transit mode. Convenience store right in front of it. Very easy to grab online taxi.

Food is simple and nice. Staff is super helpful and kind. Recommended me to quickly change room with better wifi when wifi in previous room could not connect.

nearby to airport and its soo worth it. very convenient as theres so many food stalls n indomart nearby. breakfast was ok too!
